3.) Mail-In Service. No dealer nearby your area? You can courier your Blackberry to us.

b. We will alert you once received your Blackberry.
c. Within 3 days our account manager will revert the repair
charges to you.
d. Proceed repair upon you agree the charges.
e. Account manager forward invoice to you for payment.
f. Your Blackberry will courier back to you once payment
received.
*** No additional charges if customer decided to collect back their Blackberry. Only a minimum RM10 will be charged for courier service. ***
4.) Company and Government service and repair package.
a. Onsite collection (Within Klang Valley).
b. Provide loan unit (Within Klang Valley).
