Some time it can be resolve just simply resend your service book or hard reset your Blackberry (take out the battery and reinsert). If problem still persist you can try to go through the step here to minimize your scope and get the correct solution.

Wha is service book and how to resend your service book.

If you are Blackberry user, you should familiar with the word Service Book. So... what is service book? It is really a book? :p How does it looks like? What happen if this thing corrupt or missing? Hope here can help you to find out your answer :)

Everybody know Blackberry is good in security. But when I ask my friend "Do you really know how your Blackberry can secure your device and data? " almost all of them told me because Obama is using Blackberry therefore it is secure! (*-*) Yea... RIM like to use celebrities for their marketing strategy and it is quite successful.

Blackberry features like Internet browser, BBM, install third party apps and etc... All these can be control by the admin. For example if your company not allow you to browse Internet using Blackberry it can customize the IT policy and apply to your device (provided they are provisioned into BES). Service book recorded your Blackberry behavior, therefore if service book is missing or corrupted, your device might not function properly. The symptom included can not install third party apps, can't use bluetooth, can't send email, can't use camera, bla bla bla.. and etc... Therefore if your Blackberry not function properly, try to resend your service book, if problem still persist you can look for Doctor Jeffrey for advice jeffrey@mobileapps.com.my. If I manage to help you resolve your problem, I will post the solution here :D
